Danielle Nudelman-McGonigle graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University in 2003. She joined the firm of Lamb and Browne, P.C. shortly thereafter as a paralegal. In 2004, Danielle was promoted to law clerk and she enrolled in Suffolk University Law School’s evening division. While still working full time, Danielle earned Best Oral Advocate in First Year Legal Practice Skills, Best Brief in the Clark Appellate Advocacy Competition, the Jurisprudence Award (Commercial Paper) in 2008, was admitted to the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and was named to the Dean’s List for 7 semesters. Danielle graduated magna cum laude in 2008 and rejoined Lamb and Browne, P.C. as an associate attorney, where she practiced in the areas of real estate, insurance defense, civil litigation, and landlord/tenant. In 2012, Danielle joined Bletzer & Bletzer, P.C. as an associate and assists in the representation of real estate, probate, divorce, litigation, and criminal cases.
Danielle has conducted real estate closings throughout the state, from Williamstown to Provincetown and has extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate transactions. She is a skilled researcher and writer who enjoys crafting powerful briefs for her clients. Danielle has also previously served on the Children’s Law Center pro bono panel, advocating on behalf of low-income children who required special education services. Danielle is married to PJ and currently resides in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
Danielle is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts.
